my maxisys ser# VO9G40105450 says its already registered but its not on my registration so i may have a different registration that i forgotten a bought  because im the only owner since it was new and i remember updating it around 2016 but now i need to update and i cant because it says not registered to my account its on another account,my question is how do i find my old account or get this on my recent account?
